Each of my previous attempts at having a conversation about this were closed and archived on the day they were posted. So here’s try #3. Because violating the rules and policies is a big deal.
James and the board have violated the rules about formal complaints. James, speaking for the board, said they would not hear my complaints in a special meeting or at the next meeting, which is required by our rules.
Moderators, you can let this conversation die a natural death, or you can kill it and I will try again to have a conversation about this. Silence me if you think you must, but that will only prove my point.
