Finished the wall hanging baby name quilt for the youngest grand-niece. They live in Florida, where her nursery has a flamingo print on the wall.
Laser cut fabric appliques, some custom fabric (for laser cut appliques), embroidery programming and embroidery, thread painting, and (mostly) batik fabric. Quilted on my domestic (i.e., home) sewing machine. Modified trapunto technique (I call it faux-punto) to make the bird fluffy. It hangs from beaded chains due to its round shape.
