I stored the strandbeest bike I made in the 102 warehouse for anyone to try riding it if you want to. Price of admission is posting a picture to social media somewhere.
Note that it is 37 inches wide, so you shouldn’t get close to anything. And it’s only good for about a walking pace before the bouncyness gets concerning.
From testing so far I think the weak link is the harbor freight zip ties holding the frame (black tube) to the bike, I’m printing a new version that will use bolts and hose clamps instead of zip ties
I may have made the ride worse by making the attachment to the bike more rigid, can feel each step more now. The angle of frame to bike level is not perfectly aligned, but the movement of the shocks in the front forks makes dialing that alignment in difficult.
