Printing on metal

Does anybody have any recommendations for a place in DFW that prints photos on metal.

Not in DFW, but I’ve used MPIX and was happy with the results.

If you want to DIY, photos can be dye-sublimated onto specially-coated metal (looks like printing but is more durable). We have dye sublimation equipment in Creative Arts with a 16" x 20" heat press (although you need training to use it). The Dye Sub wiki page includes some places where you can buy the coated metal.

What size are you wanting? At the 'Space you can do up to up to about 10" x 16". I can print dye sub transfers at home up to about 12" x 18" that can be pressed at the space.
