I have updated the minutes to add other member who had joined the meeting later in the meeting. In addition that the pipe threading materials will be in support of the expansion.

How much pipe are you planning to run exactly? Renting a power threader might be a better option if you have slot of pipe to run
several times a year we are asked by members about pipe threading equipment. Having the equipment will meet those members needs.
Also the expansion may require that the installation be sequential.
The possibility of pipe art was raised
Therefore the decision was made.

That makes sense. If we are planning a big-time pipe laying weekend, I may be able to borrow a power threader for us.
