And this is expected of paid employees. Volunteers…less likely to enforce that gospel with them without a carrot or three.
Enforcing is not all that useful with creative people. It takes a different mindset.
It takes setting the stage and environment for the vision to happen.
Just like you cannot actually teach anyone anything but you can provide the environment for brilliance to emerge.
