How about we take a look at 6?
If you need more than 6 seats you can always use digital media which easily fits 16 / 10 computers + 6 laptops or hell stand in the hall way between both rooms and use the mega phone for a total of 25 seats.
Why we have this mentality that classes of a certain subject have to be taught in a certain area doesn’t make sense to me. Just use the whole building as a whole. Forget who gets the honorarium. Committee balances are going away anyways.
I would cap the layout to 48 hour review.
