Glass Etching class - spots avail

I have spots avail in tomorrow’s Glass Etching class.

What is glass etching, and what does the class cover? We use a mild acid to etch a custom design into glass. Using the vinyl cutter, we create a mask for the image. Apply it to the glass, then brush on the acid. You get to do this in the class, and go home with your personalized item.

The results are very nice.

Was going to try to sneak in a last minute registration but tonight is now full. Are you planning any more in the not too distant future?

I will since you ask @pendragyn

I keep hoping to catch one of your laser tumbler classes but so far no luck.

I had a quick question about the etching cream we used. Is that available at the space to use, or do we need to bring our own? Also, in order to buy our own, any suggestions on where to get it (preferably not online as I was hoping to come in tomorrow and work on some mugs for Doug’s DnD group. Thanks for your help and any info you can send my way. BTW, my kids LOVE their mugs they made in the class. C keeps showing his to all his friends and anyone who comes over to the house!!!

Thank you Jen! I am glad they are delighted and that I got to spend time with the family Emes!

We have it in the teachers cabinet. It is avail for member use, but you need a teacher or chairperson to access.

Hobby shops carry it. I bought the 10oz at Joann for $20, minus 60% coupon = 8 plus tax
