The dye sub printer black ink was empty, so I watched a youtube for the sg1000 and changed it. Printed 3 sheets off successfully after.

Are there any black ink (cartridges? ink?) still remaining; i.e., uninstalled in the printer or was this the last one?
The new black cartridge was on top of the printer. I believe the prior person set it out because is was so close to empty. It was the only black that was on the printer.
If there are other full cartridges stored somewhere, I did not check, as the HVAC guys were running a thermostat to the room and I was wanting to give them space.

Yes, we need to order another. We only keep on of each color in stock.

Very possibly. Can you get a report of dye sub payments through the kiosk to do some analysis.
Argh. They pulled the kiosk tablet because the battery was bulging, and it hasn’t been replaced. Yet. Not sure where we stand on the replacement? @Team_Infrastructure .
Sorting through iPADs and getting more back out there is on the to-do-list.
