I’ve submitted a ticket, but wondering if anyone can help in the meantime. I’m able to activate the sawstop, but not the jointer & planer. Justin helped to reset my badge and after waiting a couple of hours for it to go through the reset process it still will not activate those machines.
It does work for others that have been in the woodshop. I also tried activating a new badge, but nothing happens.
Note…I’m authorized for Woodshop Basics and Woodshop 104.
I’m wondering if we should ping @Robert_Davidson – I’m not sure who else has access to reset the interface on those machines. We use an outside service, and sometimes it takes a reboot to get the individual machines to connect with that service.
