I would have to bring one in and use calipers or a measuring tool to get the dimensions correct?

We have a Revopoint POP 3D scanner. IDK how to use it, but that might be worth pursuing, esp. if your chin rest has complex curves.

Status of the 3D Scanner

This other post dated May 2022 seems to be more current. That information is confirmed by this post dated 8/2022. This post from 12/22 states that we have one, and the committee chair @engpin believes it’s in the storage cabinet.
