greetings. Just a reminder that the woodturning SIG will meet this sunday at 5pm in the interactive classroom. I know it’s father’s day but that’s the date we set last meeting.
Remember that the challenge was a spinning top. I’ll supply a prize to whoever’s top spins the longest. If no one is demoing, I can do a short demo on using the bowl gouge and skew to achieve a sheared finish with the proper grind on the tools. if someone has a bit of green wood or if there is some in the woodshop, please bring some do demo with.
