I am looking to join the membership if i can get into the woodshop class. With the holidays around the corner it may be too late, but was advised to post something and see if anyone else would join, as well as a volunteer would be willing to lead the class?

I would like to join Makers Space. I was told on tour this past Saturday that i will need to take a class before being allowed to use woodshop tools, etc. Understood. I cannot find when there is ever going to be this class. I was told Saturday that there would be one this coming Tuesday but the teacher needs to post it. I cannot find anything on the calendar regarding a woodshop class to qualify. Can someone pls help. I will join Makers Space as soon as i see the class. I don’t want to join and wait 4 weeks for the class and to be qualified. What can i do? THX
