The committees need to have a meeting and elect a committee chair.
During this meeting we will discuss :
Who should be chairperson?
What are the needs of the committee?
Assign project leads.
After the meeting I would like to have people help out and do some maintenance on the equipment. The more people we have the quicker it will go by. I spent a few hours today organizing, cleaning and performing maintenance and some equipment is in need of some attention.

My son has to go early to his Boy Scout meeting to work on a requirement, so it looks like I am going to miss the wood shop meeting in its entirety. Any chance someone can do a google hangout and summarize what all is being discussed?
