Donner is making extra lines (shadowing) at various times. These are deeper than I’ve seen them before.
More than likely the lens needs to be cleaned
Here is what the Thunder people say is the issue. I hope Donner can be fixed quickly since it’s the only “working” cutting laser in this busy time of the year.
It almost certainly is alignment or lense being dirty. I’ll check later today.
Donnor should be fixed. It looks like someone accidentally botched some maintenance/damaged the lense and alignment, but that should be fixed now (that being said, I ran into some issues while calibrating that I need to research further…but machine should be working as well as it can)
