Who to contact for maker manager non standard orders and technical issues?

Does anyone know who to contact for maker manager help?

I need to submit a order I did not see available, and am having in issue where I need to reset my password every time I log in.

I tried submitting a support ticket, but I don’t if the support tickets/email get monitored anymore.

If you submitted a ticket through the billing portal, we will get to it- but we are all volunteers, so sometimes it can take a couple days.

Alternatively, if you are able to make it to the Makerspace after about 5:00 p.m. today, I will be there and can potentially help figure out the issue.

Unfortunately am out of town until Sunday, do you know if you will be at DMS anytime next week?

I am not sure at this time. If your ticket hasn’t been answered by then, you can also try coming in from 10:00 a.m. to noon on Saturdays. Usually there’s more volunteers around at that time who have admin access/ can look up accounts and figure out what’s going on.

Unfortunately I don’t know if I’ll be able to make Saturday.

Do you know if anyone will be there Tuesday the 20th?
I am planning on being there to work on a project
that ideally I would finish that day.
