Do you have the materials for that? I was just planning to do a list was casting with some aluminium that i have laying around. But if you have access to some titanium, I’m all over that
Titanium Dioxide is super cheap and easy to get (white paint pigment powder from an arts and crafts store). I should have a few pounds of aluminum powder and magnesium to mix it with. Back lot craftwork indeed.
Biggest trick is making a mold that can handle the reaction.

Assuming this is the part you meant. I haven’t made one in a while but they can be done with ceramics that have some additive for thermal shock resistance, as well as woods such as cherry (though the mold won’t last long). Sand works but I’ve never done it.
