From SOSS website FAQ page:

Will a SOSS Invisible Spring Closer Hinge swing both ways?

No. just like the regular hinges, the Closer will open 180 degrees in one direction only.

Hey All, Thanks for your help. Just FYI, I ended up ordering the foamboard trim hinge-something totally different but will serve my purposes nicely.

Never heard of the foamboard trim hinge. Interesting.

In terms of the hinge you are looking for, it’s a twin pin hinge, or also sometimes called dual pin, or dual action. This particular one I haven’t seen in a really long time. They weren’t rare - but not strong enough for a lot of applications, so usually small furniture and woodworking stores. Last time i saw one of these at the store was 10-15 yrs ago. (crazy that I even recognized it).

I just finished a huge project with SOSS 216 hinges making a hidden door if you have any questions about those. I made a 3d printed jig to do the routing.
