They should take Elon’s offer of 3X market value and access to VIP Launch Events.

It’s tempting, but if they wait another year or two someone will probably come along and offer them more just to have a house next to a launch site. Until then they have the best access to the launch events you could ever ask for.

I’m from that area. The launch site sits right on the water. You can watch from a boat for free and have the best spot in the world…
