Surprised at pH difference between Pepsi and Coke. I’d have guessed they would be reversed. To me Coke has always seemed more carbonated than Pepsi and with more “Bite” that I attributed to more carbonic acid.
Nature’s Crystal also surprising considering it is vapor distilled. I’m guessing their process has a lot of copper piping as the concentration is about 66% more the other waters which seem to have a baseline of 0.6%.

Is “DMS Tap Water” straight from a faucet or filtered from the drinking fountain?

I could be wrong, but I believe it was tap water. I wasn’t involved in that part of the experiment.
