I started to use Blitzen this morning. I got a message that there was a “Water Error.”
Can you please put a cone and or note on top of the laser and turn it off.
I should be in tomorrow and can top it off/ filter out the water. If people continue to use it while it’s low, then it will end up causing more issues.
( Side note: @Julie-Harris / @cvrana , did we ever order a backup chiller since the other ones are currently down? I haven’t had a chance to try to clean and fix that one… I’m thinking I might make a small session and turn off all the lasers/ empty them all out/ clean them out and let them dry/refill…)
I think right after we determined it was necessary, I ended up in the hospital and it totally slipped my mind since then. I’ll get one on order this weekend

I put the purple cone on it Saturday but I didn’t write a note about the error to put on it.
