Pen-testing stands for penetration testing. It is a form of legal hacking that companies use to test for vulnerabilities. This group is part of a company that does this sort of thing for other companies to find out where their security holes are and then help patch them. They break into sub-stations and other facilities using various techniques including social engineering or people hacking. Very interesting video.
