I was gonna suggest maybe good ole fashion sunlight as well, unless there is a reason that won’t work or isn’t feasible.

If you are on the north and east side of DNT & GBT, you’re probably OK, but may as well call and ask anyway if not. And if not it might be worth meeting him somewhere in his travel zone.
