Dell computers is in Austin, and there is a retail chain there that collects thousands of old Dell Computers from corporations and resells them. I’ve purchased several computers there personally when I lived in Austin and they are great. For example, the $29 desktop I am typing on now! My question is, does DFW have anything similar?
Server store is not cheap. It can make sense in a business context. Other than that, they are expensive.

Still not as cheap as computer works in Austin, or the place mentioned in the OP. I’m hoping someone replies with a less expensive place in DFW.
The Micro Center sells referbished Dell computers complete with a new Windows installation for $99 or so.
Thanks fellow DMSpacers I will check these out. While I am at it, can anyone recommend a not-expensive graphics card for an old Dell Optiplex 760? Mucho gracias!
I always get an AMD passively cooled card off eBay. Just works under Linux.
I have an ancient Dell Precision 390 running Linux with 4 memory slots and 4Gb of memory currently.
I can upgrade to 8Gb if I can find 4 memory cards each 2 Gb DDR2 SDRAM ECC or non-ECC 533/677 MHz.
Anybody have any?
