Ehh. I’m not too certain on that. Talking to my sales guy, he sold hvac equipment to a vocational school for the welding department. The vocational school was having people drop out of welding and move to nursing due to the heat. The problem with this is that it’s not real conditions. Too much sugar coating.

So long as the economics of securing that quintessential white collar job hunting license - a bachelor’s degree, from a good school - remain unfavorable, the prospect of a decent life in the trades may overcome various aversions.
