1st rule in a dictatorship: censor all communications so that dissidents can’t effectively organize. I expect that Internet and TV/radio station restrictions will be next.
Nope, first rule is preparation. License all of the potential trouble makers so you can find them.
What am I thankful for? I am thankful for HAM Radio… great bit of TV from a vast array of tripe.
