Tig welding aluminum is a beast i have yet to tame. That said, I have a power steering reservoir that I need to add an AN fitting to and was wondering if someone could help me out/ weld it up for me.

Aesthetics are not a concern, just needs to be a sound weld.

The reservoir is clean (new), prepped and ready as is the fitting.

FWIW: You might have much more success going to an oversize hole and using a Helicoil. Or even slightly larger and put a reducing bushing in.
