TIG torch left in exploded view

I was giving a tour today and noticed the TIG torch was left disassembled.

The gas lens was missing, i found one in the welding supply drawer.
The collet was on the tungsten backwards so didn’t grip the tungsten when the handle was tightened.

This is at least the third time in the past few months I’ve found it this way.

Please leave it assembled when you are done with it, it is too easy to loose the small parts if the are loose laying on top of the welder

How about, if we ever have a failed torch, we stage an exploded set up, wired up on a board and hung on the wall, to maybe help minimize it getting left like this?
