Using the Thunder this morning I noticed it was not cutting the same material at the same power and speed used previously.
Had to cut my speed by 50%.
Also any news on 2 new Thunder lasers?

Always do a test cut.
It’s likely the lenses are dirty from someone cutting a smokey material. Or the focus is off ( I’ve noticed a lot of people not raising the bed before lowing the focus night)
I’ll be able to look at the machine in a day or so

The other day I noticed that the gantry belts looked filthy - lots of particulate matter all over them. It’s possible that the lenses look the same.
Yeah we should clean those too, it’s not likely they are THAT dirty, it’s still putting out something
