@HankCowdog – is there something special about winding a bobbin on the Thor? I tried with just the thread pulled through the small hole. It pulled that thread out of my fingers and the wound part just kept spinning.
I’ll check it when i come in tomorrow.
was the bobbin winding arm/paddle thing fully down and the bobbin set onto the small alignment peg?
Yes. And, it was spinning, but not taking up more thread. I got maybe an inch on the bobbin (enough to pull the tail out of my fingers, and then it was just spinning.
I was trying to wind a bobbin with the somewhat skinnier tan thread.
