I get this a lot.
Exactly were did you derive this from?
Strongly - really?
What has been written on this thread so far has lead you to believe the slab mill can’t be used to do this job, or is inside of the Woodshop?
I said “strongly” because while you don’t come out and say it, I don’t really know any other way to interpret this no matter how generously I look at it, even in the wider context. Your post starts with:
Woodshop proper is through those double doors, outside of it is a different area, not called the Woodshop. It is the Annex and workshop/flex area.
FWIW, I still don’t believe it and think you are mistaken about the rules not applying. Even if you are correct and the woodshop rules don’t apply, do any rules apply? Clearly other informed sources and you other later posts imply some do.
So everyone is on the same page, common sense is somehow void for many members, or they decide do
Common sense isn’t nearly as common as we’d like. The reality is more complex - common sense required common experience and that’s not reality. I suspect the mistakes suffered have two sources - ignorance and carelessness. Training can only help with the former.
All I was looking for was some guidance. At least I don’t need a Nomex suit. I can’t fit in 24 hours of Lemons gear.
