Table Saw Dust Collection

Not shocking, but resting the shop vac hose in the table dust outlet and turning the vac on really reduces cleanup. I suspect a proper adapter would reduce the spay on the operator as well. I’d like to buy (or if needed, make) and adapter for the ship vac to fit the saw.

Any advice or opinions?

We had originally discussed adding hoses, adapters and gate(s) to connect other devices to the Delta dust collector like the table saw or bandsaw.
