Who do I need to speak with to get an official storage bin label?
I followed the instructions to purchase a storage bin over the weekend. Have receipt of my purchase and put a note with my info on an empty unlabeled bin.
I came back today to use the bin and someone had ripped off my note and put a bag of clay and made a huge clay particle mess inside the bin with no note.
I put a temporary label back on it in the meantime.
Where was the bin located? We can check the cameras. There’s no reason that a tag should have been pulled off, only Logistics should be touching any bins that have a temporary tag on them.
We usually go through once a month and update the tags for new bins.
It was on the left most section of the bins that are alongside the printmaking studio. I can go up there and give more specific details on the location if need be. Let me know. Thank you.
I see two bins out here for you now - It’s possible that somebody had accidentally pulled it down and put it back into the wrong spot- but it’s a couple bins over from your temp one it looks like.
Please verify which of the bins you would like to keep, and remove the label from the second.
Okay that is definitely what happened. Someone moved it. I just have one bin now and should be good to get the regular tags. Thank you so much!
