how long does it take for the fermentation we left in the science area?
There was a clean out but I’d checked on it and we had a small bit of alcohol and a lot of used up bread yeast.
Needed to supersaturate with more sugar to really produce anything but overall you did great and we covered all the basics.
How did the thumb drive for the mac pro work out for you? If you have finished the install I would like to have the thumb drive returned.It’s getting more difficult finding the older OS’s like El Capitan and I would like to keep it for future installs. If you will be returning the Mac Pro to DMS you could just place it inside.

I’ll make a clone of the drive and get it back to you by Tuesday.
As for the install, well I haven’t been able to get it to boot into the thumb drive. But we’ll have the osx server up and running soon enough.
