Hello! I’m Joe Wigner (K5MGY). I’m reaching out to all the clubs in the DFW area regarding a special event station I’m organizing. This year the FIFA World Cup matches are being played in the US, Canada, and Mexico, and DFW is hosting several games from mid June to mid July.
Several event stations are being set up in the US in the different cities. The one for DFW is W5C. I’m looking for volunteers to operate. We’re still finalizing the details, but I’m looking for operators to run W5C for two weeks most likely in July.
