Simple ferritin autofluorescence testing experiment

I am hoping to conduct some relatively simple experiments involving quantum dots, ferritin and ascorbic acid. The experiments would involve mixing different molar concentrations of those reagents and seeing whether autofluorescence can be detected. Are there any facilities at Dallas Makerspace where I could use typical lab equipment such as test tubes, scales, droppers, etc. if I bring my own reagents?

Just grabbing Kobin’s attention…
@kobin

Not my baliwick, but I’d encourage you to take a Saturday morning tour and see the facilities yourself. @frondog_s Sam is usually one of the tour guides and is very active in chemistry in the lab and could almost certainly answer your questions. Public tours are Saturday 10am till noon

The Science area has glassware and equipment you can use. Our monthly meeting is this Sunday March 17 at 2:30pm in the Lecture Hall, then we usually head back to the lab area after the meeting around 3:30. Feel free to stop by and we can see if we have everything you need for your project.
