I’m constantly having trouble with many (2/3) of my screens washing out after exposure. I’m only using the spray bottle, I’m cleaning and very thoroughly rinsing and drying the screens before coating. I’m drying the coated screens for about 90 mins - about an additional half hour after they are dry to the touch. I’m making sure the emulsion is thoroughly mixed before I use it. I’m at a loss to understand what I’m doing wrong.
What Emulsion are we currently using? I want to dig out the manufacturer’s data.
