Shapeoko2 or CNC mill for wood?

Does anyone know where the Shapeoko2 is? I have heard it may be gone. If it’s gone, is there a CNC mill that members can get trained on and use on wood? I have been trained on Shapeoko2, Shapeoko3, and the multiCAM (but my training expired with the vacuum table changes and I have not been able to get re qualified). I read the X carve is coming, but no training yet (per X-Carve CNC Station - Woodshop - DMS Source). Can I use Shapeoko3 on wood? I know I was trained to not do that and there are still signs stating that. I do not intended to do that, I am just trying to open discussion for that if there are no other wood CNC options.

Thanks for any help anyone can give and for your patience with my ignorance.

The Shapeoko 2 is gone and no, we do not allow wood on the Plastics Shapeoko 3.

There is a desktop cnc machine under development in the wood shop but I do not know the status of the new machine . @SWA
