If you only need 4, and want something quick, check out a vape shop. Most of the popular vape devices take 18650 size batteries.

These stores are fairly ubiquitous. My go to for outside the norm of AAA, AA, D batteries.

I go to the Lewisville location and like them because they will spot weld the batteries together at no additional cost.
