I saw the wiki mention making a calendar event to schedule time in the recording room but I wasn’t sure if this was referring to the calendar.dallasmakerspace.org calendar or a different one, so I just wanted to make sure before I started posting to the wrong one. Is it the same calendar or am I supposed to be looking somewhere else?

Yes that is the calendar. You can post an event for yourself. Just put in there that you want to approve signups.

So it looks like you cannot schedule something for the next day, which makes sense, but there is nothing on the calendar using the digital media studio tomorrow so is it safe to assume that it would be a first come, first serve basis tomorrow, or are those types of events not normally shown on the calendar?
Check the schedule. Sometimes someone reserves something and it doesn’t show up until later. But yes, generally you can use it on a first come first serve basis.
