It turns out that extending the timeout to 15 minutes broke it. The Interlocks are currently not timing out.
Until I get it figured out and fixed you’ll need to badge out to disable the machine.

Rich,
That is amazing. Is there a threshold to the delay time that the system can handle? Could it do 10 minutes in the mean while? Not that remembering to badge out is difficult, but it is new habit to acquire.

Bob
The Pasma and both lathes are timing out correctly after 15 minutes now. I’ll work on the Bridgeport when I’m in next, probably Tuesday.
The issue was a type mismatch in the original (legacy) code that I’d not touched. I updated the repository with the fix, but I still need to update the ini template.
We timed out on the cold saw last week, can that be extended as well?
I can but I want something more formal in the form of committee direction - either a I&R or Jira ticket from the chair, or a documented committee vote.
Not trying to a jerk, but don’t want to get on the middle of making configuration decisions for committees.
Bridgeport now also complete and tested.
We have a committee meeting coming up this Saturday, so, we should vote on it then.
Regards,
Bob
And now both saws have been upgraded and configured for 15 minute timeouts as well.
