We have booked the Reynolds Advanced Materials Smooth-On rep to come in for an Ask Me Anything session. Thur Aug 1; 6:30 - 7:30; North Lobby

They make a bunch of “maker products” - silicone, resin plaster, additives, whatever products you are using. Come ask your questions about your projects and their products. We are hoping for a big turnout

  2. still working on member discount. They think education, not Makerspace

Plz keep in mind that tax exempt purchases are for DMS only and not for individuals. We do not want to run afoul of the IRS on this.

(cough, cough) You mean the Texas State Comptroller. That’s Sales Tax that we’re exempt from (in this case), and the IRS doesn’t care about sales tax. I don’t think it even falls under “inurement”…
