I’d let my membership expire a month or two ago and when I went to renew it, I wasn’t able to log into the member portal 3 link in the email to do that, so I ended up just purchasing a new membership. I think I’ve successfully added my key tag back (I’ll know for sure when I get to the door) but what about the various machine access authorizations I’d had previously such as woodshop and auto lift? Being that it’s now considered a new membership and not a renewal of the old one, will that automatically be added back on or do I need to see someone about that? Is there any way to combine the old and new membership?
Ewww. Send an email to accounts at dallasmakerspace dot org. It’s rather a manual process, so it isn’t speedy, but they can do that.
Just FYI, Accounts is always your email (so that you can sign in there when you’re not a member). Everything else computer-ish will be your username, which is only active when you’re a member.

To answer my own question, I visited the space yesterday and my old key tag worked on the door and various tools in the woodshop so I guess all is well and restored
