RESOLVED: Trying to get feedback on suspending my account

Okay. Jeffbob@verizon is and has been my main email since 1985. Jeffbobxxx@ gmail has been another. 4klavuhn has been another. Maybe I should just drive down there and meet with someone in charge. I can bring id. Does anyone think someone is trying to steal my identity? I have always presumed that there is someone there who knows how their system works.

Itā€™s your main email. You should try to log in to your account, and go for the password reset when itā€™s offered.

edit - thereā€™s no guarantee that anybody who knows anything will be here at any given moment, unless you set up to meet with someone.

I tried to set up a password multiple times. It never let me do that. Iā€™m amenable to setting up a time to meet with someone.

The link never worked. It did not send an email to change the password. If it had we would not be up at 11:25 having this interaction.

Jeff, IT office hours are Saturday mornings 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM - if you come by then I think we can definitely help you get squared away on this.

FYI: I checked the logs and we have emailed you frequently on account related issues recently along with responses to the tickets you opened in support. I know that email system is functional because other members are able to receive those emails so thereā€™s likely something on your side that is blocking DMS emails or itā€™s being filtered to a folder like Spam or Junk mail or something along those lines.

It happens. Iā€™ll come in tomorrow morning. What room will anyone be in? It hasnā€™t really deterred me from much. I took a hard look at my level of participation in making things. I see now that I might have been gettin a little lazy. lol.
