Update: Restarting the process was all it took.
I started using the Polyprinter 192.168.200.91 and the print stopped right before it started, z lowered down to the print bed and then the octoprint connection was lost. I was following the guide line by line so I don’t think I missed anything, I had just extruded 100mm to clear the nozzle and had started the print before this happened. Thanks for any pointers.
It’s best practice to tag the relevant team on something like this:
@Team_3D_Fab
Also, you should look for the Green Dot category. Talk doesn’t “talk” to Active Directory, so it’s a manual process to get your membership acknowledged. Once Talk knows that you’re a member, you’ll have access to the Issues And Requests category, which is the proper place to put issues. You’ll still have to tag the team, because they are (in almost every category) busy folks who don’t read all the messages all the time.

Ah! Noted.
But I solved my own problem by restarting the process over from the start. Not sure what it was that caused the hiccup but the print seems to be on it’s way now.
