Stan ,There was a lot of damage to the crate and th e top had been pried open so Tommy, myself and one other member opened it and the unit appeared ok but we didn’t want to throw the crate away until we were sure it wasn’t going to be returned. Tommy and I took photos of the damage and he noted it on the delivery receipt.

yeah as we were opening it up I was also pinging @sixvolts to let him know about it.
Most of the holes fortunately seemed to impact below the top of the chassis, where is is open space underneath.
I’m a little more concerned about the chiller box; it had footsteps on it’s side for a box that indicates it wasn’t safe to tilt beyond 45
