Apologies if this is wrong forum. One of the Festool CT36E vacs has a very full bag. I am not sure of proper protocol and/or where new bags are.
I am happy to swap it out (or even shop vac the dust out to save getting a new bag), just not positive what the correct step is.

This needs to be in the #issues-requests section, and you will need to get a Green Dot to have access there. Use the search for “get green dot” for how to request it.

Is the bag completely filling the area and is a “brick”? If yes, then the bag needs to be replaced.
