I’m in the space today trying to solve an issue that has persisted for several weeks. Does anyone know how I (the account admin) can resent the password for a family ad-on? When I look under my account, I don’t see the ad-on listed although we are being charged for the membership. Any ideas where I should start?

For add-ons, you need to reset the password through makermanager:
accounts.dallasmakerspace.org/makermanager
Login with the primary account, and then up at the top under manage badges, select the add on and there’s a reset link on that page
Thanks I just decided to create another ad on b/c I am sooooo confused. I just paid for it. Can you make Max Carter show up under my badges so I can activate his card?
We can’t assign the person, but much like resetting the passwords, if you log in to make your manager and go to my badges, you can add the family member there.
