I setup my account name on makermanager precovid and no longer even know what it is much less the password. What do I need to do to have the username sent to me and the password reset? Without it I cannot resetup my old badge or even a new one.

Log in to the billing portal
Click on the Hello,Name menu choice in the top right corner
click on “Account Details”
scroll down to view “Username”
This is the username.
Passwords should be the same as what is used for the billing portal (username, though, instead of email address) and can be reset using any of the links provided (which take you to the billing portal, where the password is reset, and synchronized out to AD for e.g Maker Manager, the Calendar, etc.)
