I am a relatively new member (a couple of months). My fob was working great for tools in the woodshop after I took the intro class, but now is not working. I lost my original fob, so I deactivated it and got a new fob, registered it, and now cannot activate any fob protected tools in the woodshop. The fob works just fine to get me in the building and the reader at the front of the building shows all the classes I took transferred over to the new fob, but I am still unable to turn on the table saw/planer/etc. Any admin people able to help me with this? Thanks
It can take a couple of hours [sometimes as little as 30 min] from activation of the new fob and being pushed out to the machines. So if you just activated it, give it a few minutes and try again.
If you check your permissions [on the touch screen in the commons area], it should display “Woodshop Basics”.
